Freestones Transport is hiring experienced MC drivers for full-time local and linehaul relief work based out of Rocklea, Brisbane. ## About Us Freestones Transport has been moving Australia’s freight for over 40 years. We are a family-owned dock-to-dock parcel freight linehaul company operating throughout the eastern seaboard. Our focus is on reliability, safety, and providing a great working environment for our drivers. ## The Role We’re seeking full-time local and linehaul relief drivers to join our team in Rocklea. You will operate modern American trucks including Western Star, Kenworth, and Peterbilt units, delivering freight along eastern seaboard routes and completing local dock-to-dock work as needed. ## What’s On Offer * Guaranteed income on local work * Full-time, stable employment with one truck per driver * Excellent wages and conditions * Well-maintained all-American fleet * NHVAS (BFM & Maintenance) and Quality Assured company * Supportive family business with a professional team ## Requirements * MC Licence with proven B-Double driving experience * Road Ranger gearbox experience * Clean driver history (driver history report required) * Safety boots and readiness to undergo a pre-employment medical * Good reliability, attendance, and communication skills * BFM accreditation (desired or willing to obtain) * Professional presentation and attitude * Australian work rights essential ## Key Responsibilities * Perform local dock-to-dock deliveries and linehaul relief runs * Operate trucks safely under NHVAS fatigue and maintenance management * Maintain vehicle cleanliness and complete pre-starts and safety checks * Communicate clearly with operations and customers to ensure smooth freight movements
