What we collect
Account info (name, email), profile information you provide (licences, certifications, work history, resume, photo), and basic usage data.
How we use it
To operate the job board: showing your profile to employers (when public), delivering job applications to employers, and supporting your account.
Sharing
Public seeker profiles are visible to anyone with an account. Resumes are shared only when you apply for a job or make your profile searchable. We do not sell personal information.
Storage
Data is stored securely with our infrastructure provider. Files (resumes, photos) are kept in private storage with access controls.
Your rights
You can update or delete your profile at any time from your dashboard. Under the Australian Privacy Act you may request access to or correction of your personal information.
Support chat and WhatsApp
Messages you send through the website support chat are stored securely by Aussie Transport Jobs so we can respond and keep a record for support and safety purposes. Please do not include passwords, identity documents, passport details, visa documents or other sensitive information in support chat.
When you choose to contact us on WhatsApp, your message is handled through the WhatsApp service and is subject to WhatsApp's own privacy practices and terms. Aussie Transport Jobs does not automatically add you to any marketing list because you contact support, and we do not send promotional WhatsApp messages without consent.
