1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Aussie Transport Jobs ("we", "our", "the platform"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

3. Job Listings & Profiles

Employers are responsible for the accuracy and legality of job listings. Job seekers are responsible for the accuracy of profile information, qualifications and licences listed. We do not verify qualifications and accept no liability for misrepresentation.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not post discriminatory, misleading, or unlawful content. We may remove content and suspend accounts at our discretion.

5. Payments

Paid services are billed in advance and are non-refundable unless required by Australian Consumer Law.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the platform.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
