Challenger Logistics Group is an Australian-owned and operated transport business with a rapidly growing presence along the eastern seaboard. They operate a modern fleet, delivering construction, retail, and beverage freight.

Role Focus

Driving routes around regional NSW in modern equipment:

• Interstate single run between Sydney and Melbourne/return.
• Some NSW country runs e.g., Wagga, Griffith.
• Operating 2025 Kenworth T610 (extra cab space model) and 2025 Barker trailer (stays with the truck).
• Consistent departures/customers.
• Home by Friday afternoon/evening, departing Sunday night for Mon-Fri work.
• Approximately 4000-4500 km per week.

Experience & Requirements

• 1+ year of HC transport driving experience.
• Current HC license.
• Comfortable being away from home.
• Knowledge & experience with load restraint procedures.
• Ability to conduct pre & post-trip inspections via an app.
• BFM (preferred but not essential – training/certification can be assisted).
• Australian work authorization required.

• New (2025) equipment: 1 truck and trailer per driver.
• Consistent work.
• Can be based in either Moorebank (Sydney) or Goulburn, with openness to being based along the Hume corridor pending parking.
