The Role
Gibson Austwide is seeking an experienced HR Driver for a Monday-Friday full-time position based in Prestons, Sydney. The role involves operating a late-model 14-pallet tautliner for metro deliveries across Sydney. This includes multiple daily drops with fork-on/fork-off deliveries. Overtime with penalty rates is available. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years HR driving experience, a manual HR licence, strong knowledge of the Sydney metro area, and be reliable, punctual, and professional. **Key Responsibilities:** * Monday to Friday work * Operating a 14-pallet tautliner * Metro deliveries across the Sydney region * Multiple drops daily * Fork-on / fork-off deliveries * Daily communication with operations * Representing the business professionally at customer sites **Requirements:** * Minimum 2 years HR driving experience * Manual HR licence * Strong knowledge of the Sydney metro area * Reliable, punctual and professional * Good communication skills — verbal & written * Pride in your presentation and truck condition **Benefits:** * Monday–Friday role (no weekends) * Overtime with penalty rates * Stable hours and consistent work * Late-model equipment * Supportive team environment, valuing respect, honesty and professionalism.
