The Role
C&H Recruitment is seeking experienced MC Drivers for ongoing, long-term local and regional work in Bunbury, WA. The role involves operating a mix of double and triple side and end tippers with self-loading capabilities. A structured 4/4/4 roster (4 days on / 4 nights on / 4 days off) of 12-hour shifts is offered, providing good work-life balance. Immediate starts are available for the right candidates. **Key Responsibilities:** * Safely operate double and triple side and end tipper combinations. * Perform self-loading using a front-end loader. * Maintain accurate trip records and logs. * Adhere to all safety, fatigue management, and company policies. * Communicate effectively with dispatch and site teams. **Requirements:** * Unrestricted MC Licence. * Experience with front-end loaders. * Proven experience in side and end tipping operations. * Ability to work safely and efficiently within a team. * Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
