MC Drivers Required – DAY & NIGHT Shift – Bathurst
The Role
Sargeant Transport is seeking experienced MC drivers for a casual role with full-time hours (5–6 days per week) in Bathurst, NSW. This position runs from mid-November to the end of May for the corn harvesting season. The company, established in 1990, is a market leader in transport and storage, known for efficiency and dependability. **Responsibilities:** * Safely operate modern MC trucks. * Complete 1–2 trips daily across Regional NSW. * Follow all safety and compliance procedures. * Ensure vehicle presentation and upkeep. * Maintain accurate logbooks and paperwork. **Requirements:** * Valid MC licence. * Essential coupling/uncoupling experience. * Strong commitment to safety and compliance. * Flexibility for day, afternoon, and weekend shifts. * Ability to pass a pre-employment medical, including drug & alcohol test. **Benefits:** * Competitive trip rates ($0.68 per KM). * Brand new fleet for the season. * Accommodation provided for non-local drivers. * Full-time hours during harvest season (day, afternoon & weekend shifts available). * Supportive team environment with a focus on safety and compliance.
