MC Local & Linehaul Relief Drivers
The Role
Freestones Transport, a family-owned Australian business with over 40 years of experience in parcel freight, is seeking MC Licensed Drivers to join their team in Sydney, NSW. This is a full-time position offering a secure role with guaranteed hours and a mix of local and relief interstate linehaul work. **What's on Offer:** * Guaranteed minimum 50 hours/week for local work (T&Cs apply). * Permanent full-time position based at the Sydney Depot. * Relief work available on interstate linehaul routes across the eastern seaboard. * Operate an all-American fleet including Kenworth, Western Star & Peterbilt. * One truck per driver policy – no rig swapping. * Excellent maintenance program and support crew. * NHVAS accredited (BFM & Maintenance). * Great company culture within a close-knit, family-oriented business. **What You’ll Need:** * Valid MC Licence (Multi-Combination). * Proven B-double driving experience. * Experience with Road Ranger gearboxes. * BFM accreditation (preferred, or willingness to obtain). * Excellent communication and team-player attitude. * A clean driver history (driver report required). * Fit for duty (will undergo a medical). * Steel cap boots and neat personal presentation. * Commitment to permanent work and reliability. **Important:** * Applicants without an MC Licence and B-double experience will not be considered. * Only candidates with the right to work in Australia may apply.
