Operations Manager
The Role
K&S Freighters, a division of K&S Corporation, is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join their Adelaide team. Their K&S Energy division specialises in the safe transport and distribution of bulk fuels, oils, and gases nationwide. **About the Role:** Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the energy fleet and support the ongoing development of staff, customer relationships, and processes. Your leadership will ensure efficient vehicle scheduling, full compliance with regulations, and the delivery of outstanding service. **Key Responsibilities:** * Plan and schedule fleet movements safely and efficiently * Oversee vehicle maintenance, licensing, and driver training programs * Lead, coach, and develop your operations team * Manage client relationships and ensure KPIs are met * Maintain compliance with COR, NHVR, WHS/OHS, and environmental standards * Support HR processes including recruitment and onboarding **About You:** Motivated leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and leads by example.
