Team Leader / HC Driver – Geraldton

Sands Fridge Lines is looking for a motivated Team Leader / HC Driver to join their Geraldton depot. This role involves delivering goods safely while supervising a small team and acting as the key point of contact for day-to-day operations. It's an opportunity to combine driving duties with leadership responsibilities.

Your Responsibilities:

• Deliver goods safely across Geraldton and regional WA
• Supervise and support a small team of drivers
• Monitor product temperatures and complete delivery paperwork
• Operate pallet jacks (manual and electric) and perform hand unloads
• Follow load plans and job cards accurately
• Maintain trucks and equipment in clean, safe condition
• Ensure safety standards are met at all times

About You:

• Current HC Licence with proven semi-truck driving experience
• Forklift (LF) licence preferred but not essential
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Safety-first approach with attention to detail
