FIFO MC Drivers – Thunderbox Gold Mine

C&H Recruitment is seeking experienced MC drivers for multiple full-time FIFO opportunities at the Thunderbox Gold Mine in Western Australia's Northern Goldfields. The role involves carting gold ore using triple and quad road train combinations in both on-road and off-road conditions.

Key Details:

• Roster: 2 weeks on / 1 week off, FIFO from Perth (or major capital cities).
• Shifts: 12-hour day and night rotations.
• Pay: $49.90 per hour + $60 daily shift allowance.
• Benefits: Meals, flights, and accommodation included.
• Employment: Permanent full-time.

Responsibilities:

• Safely haul gold ore on and off-road between mine sites.
• Conduct side-tipping operations efficiently.
• Complete multiple runs per shift to schedule.
• Perform pre-start checks and report faults promptly.
• Adhere to all fatigue and safety procedures.

Requirements:

• Valid MC Licence.
• Minimum 12 months experience with Triple or Quad Side Tipper.
• Proven FIFO or mine haulage background preferred.
• Strong commitment to safety and teamwork.
• Reliable communication and problem-solving skills.
