Heavy Rigid Driver – Sydney

Gibson Austwide, a respected Prestons-based transport company, is seeking an experienced HR Driver for a full-time, Monday–Friday role. You will be operating a late-model 14-pallet tautliner, performing metro deliveries across the Sydney region with multiple drops daily, including fork-on/fork-off deliveries. Overtime is available with penalty rates. The company is known for its professionalism, reliability, supportive management, and focus on safety, treating drivers as individuals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monday to Friday work, operating a 14-pallet tautliner.
• Metro deliveries across the Sydney region, with multiple drops daily.
• Fork-on / fork-off deliveries.
• Daily communication with operations.
• Representing the business professionally at customer sites.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of HR driving experience.
• Manual licence.
• Strong knowledge of the Sydney metro area.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional.
• Good communication skills (verbal & written).
• Pride in presentation and truck condition.
