About the Role
This position involves moving new heavy vehicles between dealerships, suppliers, and customer locations using trade plates. Your duties will include:
- Driving a wide range of new heavy vehicles
- Coordinating daily runs efficiently
- Communicating professionally with customers and suppliers
- Completing basic end-of-shift paperwork
- Occasionally operating a company ute as a shadow vehicle
- Refuelling and weighing vehicles when required
- Maintaining high standards of professionalism and presentation
Most work is local, although some distance and occasional interstate trips are available.
What We're Looking For
- Current HR Licence (essential)
- ABN (essential) - Suggests initial contractor role
- HC Licence highly regarded
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
- Good communication skills
- Flexible approach to start times and workloads
- Professional presentation and attitude
