Interstate MC/HC Drivers

Murrell Freight Services, a family business established in 1972, is seeking dedicated Interstate MC/HC Drivers to join their team. This permanent full-time role involves safely operating heavy vehicles for interstate freight transport, adhering to schedules, and assisting with loading/unloading while ensuring compliance with load restraint regulations. You will maintain accurate documentation, conduct pre-trip inspections, and collaborate with the transport manager and team members.

About You:

• Valid MC licence with a clean driving record (HC licences will be considered).
• Road train experience preferred but not essential.
• Experience with various freight types and load restraint systems.
• Strong time management and knowledge of traffic laws.
• Experience or ability with on-board reporting technology (tablet).
• Proactive in vehicle safety and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
• Strong focus on safety and compliance with NHVAS Mass, Maintenance, and Fatigue protocols.
