MC Linehaul Drivers – Sydney to Brisbane

K&S Freighters is seeking experienced MC Linehaul Drivers for permanent full-time positions. This role involves interstate freight between Sydney and Brisbane, focusing on general freight, primarily steel. Enjoy consistent daytime schedules with no overnight hauls. Responsibilities:

• Safely haul general freight (steel) on interstate routes.
• Perform pre-start checks and maintain accurate logbooks.
• Prepare and secure loads with chains, straps, and tie-downs.
• Communicate with clients during loading/unloading.
• Follow all safety, fatigue, and compliance standards.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and general housekeeping.

Requirements:

• Current MC licence with at least 2 years’ interstate experience.
• Skilled in load restraint procedures.
• General freight experience, ideally with steel.
• Clean driving record (current RTA printout required).
• BFM accreditation desirable (training provided if needed).
• Strong focus on safety, compliance, and professionalism.
