MC Local Driver – Day Shift | Brisbane

K&S Freighters is seeking a reliable and motivated MC Local Driver for their Brisbane operations in Coopers Plains. This full-time, day shift role (6:00 am - 2:00 pm + overtime) involves local deliveries and pickups of steel, aluminium, timber, and container freight within the Brisbane metro area, including rail yards, customer sites, and wharfs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver and collect freight within Brisbane metro.
• Travel to rail yards, wharfs, and customer locations.
• Adhere to load restraint and safety procedures.
• Complete pre-start checks and required paperwork.
• Maintain high safety standards.

Requirements:

• MC Licence preferred; strong HC experience considered with MC training provided.
• Forklift licence advantageous.
• MSIC card or willingness to obtain one.
• Good knowledge of Brisbane metro areas.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to follow instructions and work within a team.
• Commitment to workplace safety and compliance.
