Operations Supervisor – Perth

K&S Energy, a division of ASX-listed K&S Corporation, is seeking an experienced Fleet Operations Manager/Operations Supervisor to lead their 24/7 energy transport fleet. This role involves overseeing daily operations for the fleet serving remote, regional, and metro Australia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage 24/7 rotating operational schedules (including a 7 days on/off phone roster).
• Oversee vehicle movements, maintenance, licensing, inductions, and training.
• Coach, mentor, and support team members.
• Engage with clients and drive KPI performance.
• Ensure compliance with CoR, WHS/OHS, NHVR, and DG regulations.
• Support HR in recruitment, selection, and staff welfare.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Proven leadership and fleet operations experience.
• Deep knowledge of transport regulations and 24/7 operations.
• Expertise in Chain of Responsibility, WHS/OHS, NHVR compliance.
• Background in Dangerous Goods transportation (highly regarded).
• Strong client-facing and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in recruitment, HR processes, and staff development.
